Ingredients: 1 cup of milk. 1/2 cup of heavy cream. 1/4 cup of hazelnut spread. 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips. 1 tablespoon of sugar. 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. A pinch of salt. Whipped cream and chopped hazelnuts for garnish.
Instructions: In a saucepan, combine the milk and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir occasionally until it's heated but not boiling. Add the hazelnut spread, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the saucepan. Stir continuously until everything is well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Let the hot chocolate simmer for a few more minutes to enhance the flavors, stirring occasionally. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool for a minute. Pour the hazelnut hot chocolate mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays. This will create hot chocolate drops.
