This weekend wasn't about me. This long and challenging journey was not just about my dreams and goals. It was about my parents who sacrificed everything to see me reach this point. I've been blessed with the opportunity to graduate Morehouse College as a first generation student and I have admitted into a PhD program for education in the fall. This was all for them. They are getting this degree today, I'm just walking across the stage for them. Thank you for everything. My best friends, my soldiers, my ride or dies, my everything. I love you both.
