Happy THIRD Birthday to my baby, Jeremiah-Martin! You definitely are my spunky kid that’s always bumping his head or jumping off of something but your energy can always put a smile on my face and that’s what I love about you. I can’t believe you’re three and it’s honestly so bittersweet but I’m so proud of all the milestones you accomplished this past year.
