I'm hoping you can find this fic bc I'm tearing my hair out trying to. So it's established Bakudeku, they might be married but I can't remember. Its multi chapter and they're out of high school. Katsuki gets into an accident where he gets hurt so bad that he can't talk anymore. The story is them figuring out where to go from there. Izuku feels like he isn't doing enough to help katsuki recover and Katsuki feels like Izuku doesn't want him anymore when he grows distant. Thank you!
