Lise headcanons:
Lise’s father is Prussian, while her mother is Lithuanian.
She was both Elisabeth Sophia Meinen and her name was Russianized upon her marriage to Elizaveta Karlovna Bolkonskaya
Lise was born and raised in Kovno in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, which becomes part of the Russian Empire in 1795, when she is ten.
She is the 2nd of three children, having an older brother named Alfred (trained at an artillery academy and joins the Imperial Russian Army as an artillery officer) and a younger sister named Katharina (who marries a Prussian nobleman)
She speaks three languages: French, Russian, and German
When she was young, her father nicknamed her “little Liesl.”
