Lily sat at the bottom of the steps where she and Severus had promised to meet. Seeing as she was early, she decided to preoccupy herself with a book. She was excited to go to Hogsmeade with her childhood friend and continuously glanced up when she heard someone walk by. When she finally recognized the Slytherin boy, she shut her book and smiled up at him. “Well, that took you long enough. You ready, Sev?”
