Everyone has been so nice and I'm feeling fluffy from the warm reception from the lovely NottPott shippers. I'm working on the next part and it'll be out either today or tomorrow, but for now, here's a little excerpt. Enjoy! 💕
A reading nook existed, nearing the back of the library, where he knew the light was notoriously bad. It wasn’t something he normally thought about, but he wondered if the time of day affected the spot, or if the window was just cursed. Having extra time on his hands, he decided to see for himself and was startled to find Theodore Nott, sitting at the window seat. His back rested against one side of the window box, one foot lightly resting on the opposite wall, while the other leg hung downwards, swaying slightly, his shoe barely scraping the flagstone. He looked utterly at ease in this secluded corner of the library, his robe also discarded and draped across a nearby end table. He had a book propped on his knee, one elegant hand keeping it there while the other hand toyed with a lock of his hair against his shoulder.
And oh, the light was good at this hour. Interesting.
