A short girl with big, square glasses walks into the shop, an anxious/excited look on her face, with three bitties (a Curly, a Teacup, and an Edgy) in the front pocket of her black overalls. She walks up to the counter to ask about adopting a Chain lamia!bitty and a full size King to help her around the house and watch over the other bitties while she's out. The curly(Q) and teacup bitty(Will) look around shyly, while the edgy(Dee) scowls, pretending not to be interested in what's going on.
*A very drowsy Honey the Pappy puppypapri takes your hand, leading you over to the area where the Kings have their nests. Once you are safely positioned to watch the Kings’ majestic displays, he finds a blanket to curl in and promptly falls asleep. You walk up and down the line of posing full-sized Kings. They all look so proud and handsome, how can you choose just one? You are unaware of a pair of bright orange eyes watching your every move.
*The King has been posing and dabbing for weeks, and he still hasn’t been adopted. The Cornies assured him that dabbing was the coolest and most heroic pose possible, but nobody has been interested yet. Don’t they want to adopt the very coolest and clearly most heroic of all Kings? The big lamia is undaunted. As soon as you step in front of him, he flares his hood and goes through his poses, ending with a dab. Nervous in spite of himself, he peeks at you from the crook of his elbow. You face is lit up like summer sunshine. Success!
*Seeing your utter delight at the dabbing King, a full-sized Chain (the one who has been secretly following you around the shop), slithers forward. Hoping to have some of the same success as the King, he quickly does a dab. The King’s jaw drops. He knew it. He just knew dabbing was super cool, and here is the proof! You chuckle at the Chain’s antics. You can feel the telltale tug on your SOUL coming from the charming Chain, and the King has stolen your heart as well.
*The Chain can feel your acceptance down to his SOUL. He wants your other bittybones to like him as well, so he blows the Curly and Teacup bitties a kiss and hands the Edgy bitty a chocolate kiss, thinking he might prefer sweets to affection this soon. The King looks over your other bitties with an air of protectiveness. These lamias will be an excellent fit into your bittybones family. Now you just need to wait for Honey to wake up so that you can fill out the adoption papers.
