Were you by any chance at the Georgia Renaissance Festival on 4/19 for pet friendly weekend? If not, I ran into a candidate for a King the Pathetic Look-a-like contest because this little tan dog with fluffy curly ears in a baby stroller was doing his best impression of a sad victorian child and reminded me of King profoundly. He was incredibly bedraggled, wearing a tattered paper crown, it appeared his humans had poured water on him to keep him cool and he was just shivering like his life depended on it in the glaring 80°F Georgia sun.
Goodness that sounds like quite the creature. That was not my creature though. I've never been to a renaissance festival but I'd like to go to one someday. King would probably like going to one. Despite his strong distrust of strangers he does very well navigating and enjoying himself in crowds
