Percy getting jealous of Jason's skills in a tournament, making comments to Piper while he waits for his bout, saying stuff like "he's not even that good" "his swing is slow" "his stance is off" and Piper chimes in with some comment about his beard not even being that soft and Percy just agrees not realizing at first. Piper laughs so loud people turn to look

piper: ‘my lord? i thought you like tournaments’

percy, frowning at the fight right in front of him: ‘i do, your grace’

piper: ‘your face tells me otherwise’

percy: ‘it’s just... this is a waste of everyone’s time. a waste of good metal sword. his swing is slow. his stance is off. he’s... he’s not even that good, look at that. this will be over in no time’
