i keep forgetting to keep up with this. it was tolerable all day but i rolled from my back to my stomach and it feels like someone used a staple gun on my left temple. i can feel it in my teeth.

I've been in cranial pressure hell all day. The last few days weren't great, but I was functional, but today not so much.

I am in cranial pressure hell, and I'm pretty sure it's got all to do with the change in the barometric pressure as a result of the snow.

I've been pretty good lately other than that.

Having a bad day, after I helped my stepdad and stack firewood yesterday. Have an appointment for a massage this afternoon. Hopefully things will improve.

3 pm, pretty normal achey headache on right side of head. Drank 20 oz water so far, eaten some food. Take 500 mg of Aleve and more water.

four hours sleep, headache in the usual spot, started drinking water at 930. more painful with bright light.
