From looking into her backstory. I can see Amber doing certain things because of who she is. Like just imagine her as a little kid, always running around as a bundle of energy, being up later than other kids of her age at the time. Because she can still go for a number of hours.

To stuff like if say during school, PE or something physical was always her best subject. Always being super active and passionate. With a very good head and heart on her. It’s what helps her when it comes to her role as a Knight, being a physically fit and active person all her life. It really pushes her forward.
