დ Killua hasn’t got a lot of physical affection living in his house. So I feel like when he realizes he has a crush on you he will want to cuddle and get lots of attention from you.

დ Killua would want to spend a lot of time with you and if he can, he would want to bring you on adventures with him and Gon.

დ Since he doesn’t like his family he would want to avoid them at all costs, though eventually, he will let you meet them if you honestly really wanted to. The entire time he would stay by you and if anyone made you uncomfortable or said anything that upset you, he would lash out on them.

დ If Killua loves you, he will try and act calm and sly but we all know he is a little tsundere around you.

დ He will eventually open up to you, not 100% but it’s better than nothing. He loves you and will protect you from anything and everything.

case in point: since the last time Ten tried to do labwork by herself is when she fucking exploded, her secret glohm research to overthrow Zokket was doomed from the start. she tried to start it properly multiple times, but kept getting panic attacks about it. she can't work while Ecks and/or Shun are there, or they'll learn about her schemes. she can't keep any Zok Troopers around because they don't respect her authority + what the hell are they gonna do if something goes wrong? so she just resorted to observing things and writing them down so she can do something without her brain screaming "YOU'RE GONNA EXPLODE YOU'RE GONNA EXPLODE YOU'RE GONNA EXPLODE GET DOWN YOU'RE GONNA EXPLODE"

silly headcanon i have: threatening to send Bulbie to the circus over minor frustrations is an inside joke between Olimar and his wife. whenever possible, he plays along like she would go through with it, but exclusively gives silly reasons like "he can't trapeze to save his life :(" as to why he shouldn't go. the kids haven't quite clued into the fact their mom isn't being serious when she says that yet.

food: Ecks HAAAAAAAAAAAATES cooked eggs- even just the smell can make them retch, and that rubbery texture... blegh. get that shit away from it. / Ten can't stand oatmeal. it's bland, mushy, slimy, and there are so many better quick breakfast options out there. there's no reason to ever have oatmeal. / Shun's stomach turns a bit at the thought of applesauce. nothing wrong with it from an objective standpoint, but it was one of the only snacks he was allowed to have growing up- it's nice and natural and easy on the stomachs of sick little boys :) except he was very quickly becoming not a little boy and was very hungry because of that. he's eaten way too much applesauce in his life, man.

drink: anything with clam juice. conceptually nasty, and it doesn't even taste good enough to get past that. / black coffee, despite her insistence otherwise. / warm milk. he's drank plenty of "gross" health drinks n such, but he just can't stand the taste of warm milk... straight-up milk should be cold or else.

colour: landlord beige. self-explanitory. / pastel pink. it's trying too hard to be girly.. stop that. / white. too cold, too clinical, and yet it rarely ever really looks "clean"... just a bad time all around.

animal: dogs. too loud, too everywhere, smells bad. don't tell Shun. / hamsters.. spiteful little shits (to her) (Feli's pet hamsters would always try to bite her) / he's really scared of deep sea fish and animals who have evolved to live in pitch-black caves.

What do the corps get at a boba tea place

Ecks: it never orders the same thing twice. he tries all sorts of combinations of drink flavours, boba/jellies, and other mix-ins or toppings. they've ordered some truly awful concoctions, but occasionally find some shockingly good ones too. if it has to be limited to no customization and just the typical flavours, it'll usually opt for taro.

Ten: she really likes bubble tea, but is kind of embarrassed about it, because she feels like it's not very cool of her. she'll never go for it herself, but if someone she's with wants it, tch, she might as well. can't really have the pearls until she gets her mouth back/throat fixed, but doesn't bother to order it without boba, because Ecks likes to eat them once she's done. cycles between a few different fruit flavours, but most commonly gets melon.

Shun: he's actually pretty normal about it. he doesn't get it too often, but it's a nice tasty treat. he's easily tempted by special orders and such, and will often ask to try a sip of whatever Ecks got (to varying results), but usually he just thinks about the options really hard and then orders some plain old strawberry boba. i think Ecks and Ten once 'gently convinced' him to actually order something more exciting, only for him to order a plain peach one instead.

while i'm normally a bit adverse to videos About my major interests because i can get really petty about details, but this video piqued my interest since it's about a part i don't personally know much about- the actual classification behind the creatures of Pikmin! really interesting watch!

anyways the reason i'm talking about this (other than just recommending the video) is because of a question asked near the end of the video: Who is Kageyami?

see, the scientific name for bulborbs (Oculus kageyamii), has an -i suffix, which implies the "kageyamii" comes from a modern male name (the female equivalent being -ae). the real life examples of the suffix given in the video of this are Caerostris darwini (don't look that up if you're arachnophobic btw), named after Charles Darwin, and Oplurus cuvieri, from Georges Cuvier. so the question is, who was this species named for? now, in my eyes, there's two possible answers for this.

the Doylist answer: they're named for Daisuke Kageyama, who is credited as a character designer for Pikmin. this explanation is also the one given on Pikipedia's page for the Bulborb.

and, what I would like to posit, the Watsonian answer: Kageyami/Kageyama is Olimar's surname. bulborbs are already named for the family dog, Bulbie (and it's Chappy for both in Japan!)- i think it would make sense if that familial naming scheme went a little further than just the common name. after all, bulborbs were some of the first creatures Olimar discovered, and well... it wouldn't be unusual behaviour.
