Weigh in results. -1.5lb. A pound left to go until my 2.5 stone award. Technically I’ve lost 2 stone 8.5lb already because that’s from my highest weight but at Sw weigh ins I’m a pound left to go until the award. Lunch yesterday was chicken and chorizo pasta with a side salad. Used 15g cheese as other part of hea. A syn of salad cream added. Then dinner was a roast. 2.5 syns for gravy and 2 syns for the chicken as it was one of these stuffed joint things. We went to a family fun day yesterday. Loads of walking but I did chomp on some fudge which was a whole days syns. So it took me over the top but it was lush and im hoping it won’t leave me with a gain from one little treat.
