Ingredients: 1 cup beet chips. 1 cup sweet potato chips. 2 tablespoons maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 4 large whole wheat tortillas. 1 cup baby spinach leaves. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup sliced red onions. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Add the sweet potato chips and beet chips to a bowl. Add the olive oil and sea salt. Place the chips on a baking sheet in a single layer.
