He Always Knows [Closed]

The situation was definitely Lockon's fault. It was his idea to stay in the hotel with the big casino in the lobby. It was his idea to "take it upstairs with the ladies". It was entirely his idea to gamble away most of his belongings, and then when he ran out of stuff, it was his idea to play strip poker. However, it was Allelujah who successfully lost both Tieria's sweater and glasses, which he decided to wear because he didn't really know the rules and it was apparently only fair that he got to play with a handicap, i.e., extra items of clothing.

Backtracking to earlier that day, the only reason they were even there for the night was that there was some problem with sending their Gundams up in the space elevator. One of them had to go and infiltrate the elevator cargo transport staff and sort it out. Tieria was keen to get back into space as soon as possible, so he volunteered. Of course, he had to go in disguise, so he left his things with the rest of the meisters to take up later.

And Allelujah just had to lose them to a random girl who turned out to be some kind of semi-professional poker player. A girl who despite Allelujah's begging and offering anything to get them back, just grinned and walked out wearing them like they were some kind of trophy.

Now Allelujah (wearing overly tight lime green shorts and a comically large hawaiian shirt that he swiped from the hotel laundry room) and Setsuna were sitting in their space elevator cabin, while Lockon conveniently went on a last minute ground-based reconnaissance mission. The closer they were to their destination, the more nervous Allelujah looked. It served him right, in Setsuna's opinion. Setsuna didn't get to enjoy the night. He wasn't allowed in the casino, and when they brought the girls back, they made him stay out of the way because he was apparently too young for that kind of thing. Typical.

So Setsuna didn't feel bad. He looked forward to how exactly Allelujah was going to explain his missing belongings to Tieria, who would be meeting them in the space station in approximately 35 minutes.

"Are you going to tell him that the spaceport lost his luggage?"
