Attended the U.S. Cheese Trail the other evening at the recent World Gourmet Summit 2018 ODP Sharing Session! Got to taste some fine cheese and innovative dishes by some of the local chefs personalities representing various cuisine. The catch is that these chefs used 'Cheese' as the base ingredient for their innovative dish, which is in line with 2018's theme - The Discovery WGS. You'd bet it was quite a cheesy affair! Heh.
