We made a decision to get with Electric Storage Water Heater because:
1) Cost lesser to install
2) We both hardly use it cos SG is hot and we prefer to bathe in cold water
3) % of the GAS heater CHIBABOOMZ is likely
4) Takes up wall space in the service balcony
5) Water has to keep running before heated water is delivered---So WASTEFUL! TSK!
The above reasons may be ridiculous and you may tell by now we really don’t want to waste energy discussing heaters BUT we still need to choose a BRAND to buy so...
We know the 2 Popular brands are Ariston and Joven. After I Kpo here and there, read up on HWZ, ask people, I decided on Joven. I wanted to get the 35L tank but my wife said that we also hardly use, buy so big for what?! I gave her a stupid answer: “Buy bigger than the water pressure will be stronger lor!” ----I had a dumb blondie moment there obviously!
So we settled for the 25L Joven Heater and we got in on Lazada:

p/s: We went to Hoe Kee to ask to buy the storage heater + Blanco kitchen sink, sadly they don’t deliver if only buying 2 items. I asked if they are selling the latest Joven model, the salesperson said new and old same （一样的）, no difference.
My wife immediately bitch mode on and said: “kthxbye.”
The salesperson persuaded “We deliver for you special case.”
We still refused and walked cos we did our research before heading to Hoe Kee, if it’s not for the Blanco sink, we wouldn’t even be there. Too Bad So Sad for them, they met the wrong lady.
