Bioluminescent is not a creature itself. It is a type of energy living within everything, commonly known to be seen in the ocean. Millions of creatures in the ocean releasing wastes or part of body being peeled off, dissolving in salty water reacts like bleach as we all know it lightens the colour process of a thing/substance. In this case, the bacteria released in the water changes colour, keeping the ocean a certain colour where the light created by the bacteria is informed to attract males and females as a way of communication, giving them a reason to move around constantly.

This means the change in colour which lights up makes the creature in the ocean move with a purpose, making them release more and more waste, cutting through salty water.

Internet presents bioluminescent as a form of light. This is well notified through the use of images through out google images and the image given above or below descriptions. Researchers like us read the description yet ignore the details about the chemical reactions and believe in the images shown.

All bioluminescence comes from energy released from a chemical reaction. This is very different from other sources of light, such as from the sun or a light bulb, where the energy comes from heat. In a luminescent reaction, two types of chemicals, called luciferin and luciferase, combine together(“Bioluminescence| Latz Laboratory,” 2019).

To capture the light in the ocean, Steven Haddock, a marine biologist at the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute (MBARI) in California, had used a high-resolution camera to capture footage of animal living in the deep dark ocean. from a low-quality camera. In 2016, the team finally attached 4K camera, which has four time as may pixels per image as a high definition (HD) camera. This wasn’t helpful to identify their focus area until mid-August, the team deployed an 8K camera in the deep sea, stating it nearly matches that of the human eye(Maxmen, 2018).

BUT...

The point I’m trying to state is the light we see on the internet is not the light they produce in reality. It is the waste that works with the energy stored within ocean which is both conducted off 3 types of energy.

Ocean energy refers to all forms of renewable energy derived from the sea. There are three main types of ocean technology: wave, tidal and ocean thermal.

All forms of energy from the ocean are still at an early stage of commercialisation. Wave energy remains more costly than the other ocean technologies. Tidal range been deployed in locations globally where there is a strong tidal resource, while tidal stream has been demonstrated at pilot scale (“Ocean energy—Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA),” 2019).

Scientists has used firefly bioluminescent to create energy-free lighting(“Create Energy-Free Lighting,” 2015). Research shows the first idea we have had for our studio project already exists in the market and supporting the thought about creating light off bio-lumi is in existence. The energy that was released when the fuel and the enzyme interacted was then transferred to the nanorods, causing them to glow. The process is known as Bioluminescence Resonance Energy Transfer.

Logically speaking, any sort of light reflected off human eye triggers the induction of bioluminescent within human body, making us experience all sorts of mirage which in its process biologically combines all pixels, helping a visionary image in distant spaces. The same process is among photos being taken from cameras

Bioluminescent is used and released as a form of attraction through heat energy. Most of us use the word ‘heat’ to mean something that feels warm, but science defines heat as the flow of energy from a warm object to a cooler object. The formula for transferring heat energy is through convention, conduction and radiation.
