OC Aesthetics → Heath Thompson

I haven’t had much contact with Heath, but listening to my mom on the way back home, he apparently owns a music store in Middlebury, and is a pretty skilled musician, at least according to his wife. Katie said he isn’t very outspoken much of the time, but he seems nice.

The try-er, the do-er, and the fatherly figure; a man of little words, but lots of lyrics.

Heath is the male authority figure at the House of Akasha, and a born vampyre. He has always been musically gifted, but rather quiet – despite seeming to make friends everywhere he goes. He’s a kind soul who has worked hard to find happiness, and will work hard to keep the peace, even if it means learning that everything he thought he knew is false. Despite being rather soft-spoken, Heath will still stand up for what he believes in, and fight for what is right, and for his true family. He is a wise, protective man, and offers the best guidance he can – words of wisdom, and life lessons brought out from his interesting past.

Okay so for my next creative writing assignment I’m writing a scene from book 6 from Heath’s perspective and about Derek I just wrote the line “honestly, if he were any easier to read, his inner dialogue would be subtitled” and I think I’m onto something here..

Callie/Heath

Where Heath/Gabrielle would go wrong, Heath/Callie would go so, so right.  She's sweet, quiet, and relatively unassuming - much like our dear Gabrielle - but she's also feisty, quick-witted, and up for an challenge. Callie's the type of girl who would keep Heath busy, be it by exploring the world or merely just talking, and though I think her and Oakley are sweet, I don't see them lasting. Besides, Heath's crush on Callie is painfully obvious, and if he doesn't tell her soon, I'm going to have to.
