Back to oc posting! More updates for Heaven Underground
I've decided to use the entire album [The Much Much How How And I by Cosmo Sheldrake] for this story! Each song will have some hand in building the world. Which brings me to Solar Waltz:
"and put the bees to work / and work they must and work they shall / for all the things to grow / for if they don't, as time, she knows / they'd wither on the bough"
the bees = the various professions in the city that aren't advertised. It's a place about performance and being what you want to be! Why ever would they show you the unhappy folk that work in repairs, construction, and other dirty work? If these people didn't do their jobs, then it would cause a collapse in the city, which takes away their dreams of eventually being one of the stars like they initially came to be.
"Oh, what a dusty burden / That nectar and that pollen / Like Atlas with the heavens / On the back of his head / What if they should falter / And shrug their little shoulders? / Well, Time, she'd pass all the same"
this is more relating to Times role. It watches, but it won't interfere with the downward slope it notices around the city. If they should falter, Time, it'd pass all the same.
