If you haven’t listened to Jerry Folk’s new Leisure Tapes EP since it dropped nine days ago yet, you’re missing out, pal! The Norwegian producer’s seven track release is sensational, a dreamy current of hypnotic melodies and effervescent textures. We had a very hard time selecting one song out of the bunch to highlight, but eventually, we settled on All In Me, featuring a guest turn by Brooklyn’s Heavy Mellow. Soulful drawling vocals intersperse the wavy, choppy pleats of this ethereal future beats affair. We were tempted to tack on at least three or four other tracks from Leisure Tapes here, so we might as well load up the full EP below for your listening pleasure. It’s probably one of the most well rounded electronic EPs we’ve encountered in awhile, and most certainly a personal favorite for me.
