Did a strong man circuit this morning with 3 exercises. 6 deadlifts(315)6backrows(machine), and 6 dumbell military press (80). The goal is to use a weight that isint the max, but something that pushes you. I didnt use any weight that I can do 20 reps with. No rest in between the exercises, nonstop,3 rounds. Just a little swich up! The good thing is you dont have time to think about the pain.
