Here is the MG Hector Plus which is based on Hector or either we can say Hector with more better styling and 6 seats. MG Hector was launched on 27th June, 2019 and got more than 21,000 bookings within a month which lead to halt the bookings in July till 29th September, 2019. It would have been the case with Hector Plus too because it also gets same amount of features, massive space, first in segment offerings as the Hector, whereas more better comfort and styling than Hector but it couldn't happened because MG Motor India thought that addition of third row seats just requires adding two seats, third row AC vents with fan speed adjust, charging USB port and bottle holders on both sides, they forgot to add thigh support and legroom, though the legroom of third row can be increased by sliding flexible captain seats which have acres of legroom, but thigh support is a serious issue for third row. According to me thigh support is so poor that I think that 10-12 years children might not feel comfortable for long duration and it feels you are almost sitting on floor other than that seat comfort is good and also gets adjustable headrest for all 6 seats which is a great thing. As much as Unacceptable and uncomfortable the third row is the more acceptable and comfortable the second row captain seats are, thanks to its flexibility which allows you to adjust your personal seat in different ways, though you get AC vents at second row but you can get the airflow of third row AC vents by sliding your captain seats full back and reclining back to the fullest, I am sure now you can understand its flexibility. Seat comfort is also good and you do get your personal elbow rest which can adjusted as per your liking and a large panoramic roof brings alot of light.

MG Hector Plus is massive in size and have a great road presence but getting a direct rival of it would be a difficult task thanks to its massive dimensions, unique pricing and third row. Its best value for money chauffeur driven SUV with a massive boot and occasionally usable family 6 seater.
