They've been sitting together, talking -- well, mostly Pucca has been chattering, and Sasuke has been responding. He doesn't mind, actually prefers it this way. But, eventually, the conversation slows. They fall into silence, and Sasuke stares at the horizon, out at the sky.
Then Pucca shifts, and suddenly her head falls into his lap. Sasuke straightens slightly. He doesn't push her off, though. It's Pucca, so he's gotten used to some measure of her touching him unexpectedly, to the point that it's not that surprising anymore. Besides, he's fond of her.
He stares down at her for a bit, unsure of what to do. He's never actually had a person's head in his lap before. But, eventually, his hand lifts, and comes to rests gently on her shoulder (with her hair in those buns, it's sort of impossible to pet her head).
