That’s literally this group. It’s me and 3 players, and one of them is one of my Tuesday players too. They literally just keep messaging me like “I CANNOT keep doing all the labor here I’m so sorry” and it’s like ... no, it’s okay, it’s not your fault T.T

Oh, yknow, just dealing with the inescapable dread of a pandemic after being fired while a literal toddler is in charge of the country and also republicans have decided that a pandemic is the perfect time to die on their small government “pull yourself up by your bootstraps” bullshit and the only other electable party decided to run the most famous politician from your state and a former hardline prosecutor as their candidates and didn’t think there was anything wrong with that, and I gave up living around like July this is just my life now

but hey after drowning myself in 800 hours of animal crossing between March-June and getting back into guild wars i’m doing better. started writing again finally. will probably start posting again. still can’t find a job because who tf is gonna hire the masters degree in this economy.........

so i guess “holding myself together” is probably an apt way to describe it

It’s much better than the Neon death-trap I was driving! Here’s hoping I replace my income soon because otherwise things are gonna get interesting. 

And I missed the lawyer calling me back after I left a message (I was sorting out some insurance bullshit because this company was a clusterfuck) but I’m hopefully at least getting a consult. The whole story is a fucking nightmare but I’m trying to be mum about it online because this company is WHACK. Suffice to say that they fired me and all but the managers called out the next day, then two people quit the day after that and one person handed in his 2 weeks. Then quit the next week. 

At this point, watching them flouder and desperately try to recruit on Indeed is just... chefkiss. And them getting OSHA called on them for the wiring sitch. Fucking hysterical. Burn, baby, burn. 

(No, I was not responsible for OSHA. They know who it was because he sure as hell didn’t submit anonymously.) 

As for my family, well... it’s shit. Hopefully my aunt gets better again, at least for a bit, because losing her mom so soon after her aunt is going to destroy my cousin.
