Personal frustration. You're frustrated not because someone inflicted it upon you but because you're doing something wrong... or I don't want to say wrong.. more like something not productive. You could be doing so much better if you changed your habit a little bit, or if you changed your setting to elsewhere, where it's more peaceful, or if you stopped all of the little distractions that are causing you not to pay attention at every 5 minutes.
With such little time, your patience and fucks are running out. But before you want to give up, think about what made you even start everything. You want to make everyone proud; your family, your friends... and most importantly yourself. You dont want to put yourself through all of this to give up in the end. I mean just because it feels as if there is not enough time, think about how you can use the time is left in a productive way.
Listen to music that calms you. Take a shower, even if you had already.. take another one. Eat your favorite candy. If your table is clustered, clear it out so that way you have more room to use. If your room is a mess, maybe tidy is up a bit. Always stay hydrated. Type it out if you have to! These are the possible things that could possible happen in your mini break before you have to come back to what you were doing.
What I'm trying to say is don't out frustrate yourself when there are solutions you can do to recollect yourself and start again. Everything will be okay. You just have to find a way.
Always ask for help if you don't understand something.
Go hard or go home. Good luck studying. You can do it!
