Heilbronnerstraße 7, Stuttgart, Germany

The around 1900-built "Bahnhofsdirektion", known as H7, was closed down in December 2011 and was the home not only to one of Europe's most remarkable clubs, Rocker33, but also to a lot of independent artists, creatives, shops and many others. It will be torn down very soon and I felt the need to preserve this building by taking pictures of the beautiful out- and inside of it. The here shown pictures are only a tenth of my archive, although I couldn't access all floors and hallways. The intention was creating a memory, photographs that could be shown to the kids in 20 years, when they see the empty spot at Heilbronnerstraße 7 and ask "was there ever anything?!".
