years of this fatigue increasing to untenable levels, getting brushed off by doctors saying my bloods are ok so it's not my thyroid/iron/long covid I just likely need to get some more proactive rest/sleep/therapy for the mental component, of my brain feeling like it's slowly being churned to butter by a hot poker, of genuinely feeling like I'm just slowly dying and being unable to pinpoint why, of it never clicking for me either because my cognitive ability is in the fucking shitter
