Takeaway from this week: My weakest point is not my discipline as such but my stress management. I am disciplined when I am calm. When I'm stressed it devours all my energy, both physical and mental, and then I'm too drained for the good work.
Reminder to self: Just because I feel motivated to do a bunch of things doesn't mean I am capable of keeping up with a bunch of things anymore. Going forward, let's try to be more consistently aware of the gap between the spirit and the bodymind.
