GOOD NEWS!
Brother and I went to an apartment viewing yesterday. It was a really nice apartment with a decent view, a bit far from town but that’s what buses are for (tbh it’s biking distance, no prob), very recently renovated, modern kitchen with modern appliances, quite spacious and not hysterically expensive. The landlord was a decently nice dude and it sounded very promising from the get-go. WELL this morning he calls and we write the contract and he gives us the keys!!
I am moving to Turku :D
And I’m gonna live in a nice-looking place ayyYYYyyyY
We officially move in on Monday but we already have the key so we’re free to go there right away. However since all my furniture and stuff is still back home in Ostrobothnia, we’re going to need to hire a van and pay for gas and a bunch of other expenses (RIP my savings account). But after cleaning out my old place and moving my bro’s stuff into the new place too, we’ll be settled and good to stay for at least a year, possibly two.
