Oooh, it's rise!(it's 2003), i mean u can see that, i do LOTS of art and comics for it(dont let that fool you), it's fun and so different from other iterations,that's why I love it in the first place(...)

Extremely basic answer, but it's Shredder

We already got batman with tmnt...BUT you know what would be funny,,
Tmnt and Hellboy,
like Hellboy had some beef with frogs at some point in the comics. And him mistaking turtles for frog monster would be hilarious, not to mention them fighting together paranormal beings would be cool af, but also i would love to see them just vibing together,
