HM, see like...MAYBE (or at least, to me it’s more plausible than that she was given the powers to stop the storm, since her powers literally CAUSED it) but if she wasn’t originally intended to save chloe (which is what ultimately doomed arcadia bay) then how could she possibly have had the vision of the storm BEFORE saving chloe? that chain of events wasn’t even set into motion until max saved her. 

& i don’t think the initial storm vision was a warning about fucking w/ time b/c, like, who gives someone time traveling powers and sends them a vision of a storm that’s not actually going to happen without giving any indication of what they should do to stop it or even if they’re capable of stopping it?! i definitely think the storm was a legit premonition from the start i just dont get how she was able to see it before she saved chloe or even got her powers. i feel like literally any event could basically have served as the beginning of the Domino Effect that caused the storm or w.e. and the decision to make it chloe feels like?! not an organic result of that i guess?
