the childish side of hyejung is out to play again - dancing under the moonlight with her fingers intertwined behind her back as she’s skipping over the cracks in the cement. she faces eungyeol now, making a rubbing motion as she flicks her wrist to act cute like she had just mentioned a moment ago. one flaw that hyejung had was that she was not necessarily aware of how her actions would affect others-- especially her right hand man who had to report to her aunt in order for her to leave the premises. sometimes she would beg to explore outside of the palace -- sometimes the quarters were too lavish and she wanted to dumb it down a bit. a simple life, could she not have asked for that? maybe when she is reincarnated, she can be someone who was not under pressure all the time.
he laughs and that’s all that it takes to flash a smile back at him. finally. he needed to loosen up sometimes. she appreciated all the hard work that he did, but how could she have a conversation with someone if they were as tough as a brick wall?
“ugh. what? it’s obviously me, have you not seen me? wouldn’t you be lucky if you woke up to this face every day?” she bats her eyelashes, a pout on her lips while placing her chin into the palm of her hands. she tilts her head, continuing to walk ahead before almost tripping in the heat of the moment. “ah-- geez--” she huffs out, brushing off any debris that appeared on her dress. “come on, i still have a few hours left. how would you feel if you were pushed into this position at a young age, having to do it over and over until done correctly?” she lets out a sigh. “so tiring.”
