I think it's more directed at the fact that people are still so attached to jean shorts Jubilee that they failed to realize she's grown up a lot since then.
She absolutely tried to have sex with Raizo Kodo in X-Men #24. Like there was no other way to interpret that scene. But people still refuse to see her that way.

((I think this is what I like about being in a group is that it's easy for me to have a singleverse which is our group members and just treat non group members based on individual histories. Because our group is cool with us RPing with non group members and duplicate characters. We're chill like that.))
