so there’s this person.
i love them a lot.
and, i know i say that about a lot of people, but this is a different type of love.
and it makes my heart stop and start and race and god, it makes me happy, like rays of sunlight beaming into the shadow that is me.
and they’re my rock, and sometimes we just lie together and exist and it’s perfect. because we may not be perfect but the feelings we create, those feel like hearth, like home.
i love them more than the moon and stars above, more than flight, more than the cold that makes me feel alive, and more than anything.
and matthew, i know you’re reading this: i love you. so much.
