Hell is Around the Corner- Eli & Becky
Today was what Becky considered to be the beginning of the end of Eli Goldsworthy's rule over the Drama Club. Simpson wasn't too hard to convince of the unfair treatment she was receiving as a new student. She had come ready with a copy of all her leadership positions in her previous clubs and her various roles within her church and youth group. She had easily proven she was more than qualified to--at the very least--assist Eli in making sure things were run smoothly and fairly. Though Becky herself was not a fair person in the very slightest, she knew how to make a good case that seemed to contradict that fact entirely.
Becky already had a dozen and a half ideas for fundraisers, main shows, sideshows, and spring musicals. The options were limitless in her mind. Especially with the Principal now backing her in most of her ideas written on during the time she met with him. This type of planning was always an absolute delight for her. She didn't care if it was stereotypically obsessive compulsive; having everything planned ahead of time, color coordinated and all. It made sense to her, and never once had her attention to detail ever wronged her before.
But now there was the matter at hand to deal with: the fact that Eli was now her partner. And she would have to treat him as an equal at this point now that she was given this title. She couldn't be the first one to make the wrong move. Becky figured is she gave him a few days, he'd surely take another negative approach with her which would be all she needed to cease even more of his power.
Surprisingly, however, he hadn't been overtly rude to her about her having the co-head position. Instead he had asked to meet with her at lunch to discuss things. Maybe she was just getting ahead of herself, but Eli not insulting her or otherwise being stubborn and sarcastic was nearly unnerving. She walked into the Drama Club room, the heavy door shutting behind her harder than she intended to let it, the slamming sound making her jump a bit.
"Uh, you wanted to see me?" She asked in a questioning tone.
