Of course not actually the case, but the streets at this time seemed like there were barely any people around, with the clouds hanging overhead, threatening to rain, heavily at that. Bowen was in a rush to get home when he rounded a corner, only just stopping in time so that he wouldn't collide with the individual who was walking toward him.

Boy, this guy didn't look good. Hair covering his face, hands in his coat, steps seemed heavy. It actually made him stop completely.

"Hey... are you alright?" He called out, out of concern for the other.
