Hi it's Chet again :) So one of my friends threw me down the stairs because we were wrestling but something went crunch and I can't tell if I broke something, do you know what to do?

Oh my God!! Um well, you most defiantly broke it. You can also tell because of the swelling and throbbing pain. Firstly, if you aren't near a medical professional, please go put ice on it. Then when you. are able, get some form of cast or wrapping material to try and contain the swelling.

Also be sure to try not move so much, it could cause more damage.
