He must be doing something wrong because he could have sworn the picture looks nothing like this. Still, Dabi continues to flip each piece of bacon anyway. It says on the package that cooking bacon doesn’t require cooking oil but that doesn’t make sense, does it? He’s seen bacon in sizzling delicacy before and that sizzling wouldn’t happen without oil.
Or so he thought.
His dinner is starting to look like it’s on the brink of being charred remains instead of displaying the crisp, savory golden-brown surface. Dabi lowers the heat and looks off to the side just in time to find another resident of the dorm building about to pass by the communal kitchen.
❝Oi, does this look edible to you?❞ He asks in his usual impassive tone as he tilts the pan a bit to let the guy have a good look at what he’s trying to cook.
