Metamorphosis. . I'm at the airport, about to fly on angel & moth's wings to Vietnam. What's going through my head? It's more so about what's going through my body. My heart feels excitement and possibility. I have no idea what this country will be like culturally, socially, or even ecologically. I am so open and curious, I just want to dive in and see every experience through the bright, imploring eyes of my inner child. My womb feels deeply open and poised to receive the invisible, mysterious gifts of these sacred lands-- every mystical breath and moment hidden within the temples, ruins, music, language, and the eyes & hearts of the people. A message I keep hearing is to breathe deeper and more fully and presently than ever before. To breathe ALIVENESS into my being. To breathe in the Mystery with reverence and gratitude. So, my lungs... they're ready for the spirit of Life to fill them completely, and then give back in sacred exchange with each exhale, in a new way than ever before. Wholeness. Homecoming. Love. I am bringing my conscious awareness deeper into my body. I am showing up open, present, joyful, curious, trusting, and excited. I am full of wonder. And I am listening. 🙏🏻🦋💜 . . .
