Helloween party!!!
✨Maybe I'm a bit late but here is a piece for Helloween🎃 It's a pumpkin girl and my first drawing for Helloween. To be honest, I've never celebrated Helloween properly and I think I'll do it next time.😅
Halloween during the year of COVID
One of the most asked questions on local parents’ facebook groups in the past week is: What are you doing for Halloween? Are you going out for Trick or Treating? The question is usually followed by comments such as “Not looking for a debate on the topic...” or “No judgement please” 🤪
Every halloween weekend for the past 8 years our family has been gathering with a group of friends with young children to go trick or treating from house to house in a neighbourhood full of small children and known to give out the good candies and chips~ yum Lays~~ Halloween will look a lot different this year as our local officials are discouraging traditional trick or treating, but Halloween is NOT cancelled! We just have to think about creative ways to have fun with our little ones 🎃.

Trick or Treating from door to door (At Home👻)
The best part about trick or treating at home is that you only get the treats you really like! For us is Smarties, Twix, and mini Oreo’s! There will be no leftover candies this year (another plus) 😆
To add a little fun to the game, I created these double sided tags to stick on the door of each room. The task listed must be complete before they are rewarded with a treat!

This super cute at home Trick or Treat is super easy to put together! Just print double sided and cut out the 6 ‘tasks’! I use a hole puncher and ribbon to hang each tag outside the room door and keep the door close for a little added suspense🎃 You can even go the extra mile to decorate the last room with spooky music and lights and an EXTRA LARGE TREAT!
