There, you will find a lot of different things but try to find this line :

If you had already lines to add links, that's perfect, you only need to add this above :

or under :
<div id="tbar"> or <div id="sbar">
add this :

T = Tbar or S= Sbar
If your theme doesn't allow you to add links, you have to paste one of the thing I wrote above under the "tbar" thing or the "sbar" thing and ending like that :

or <div id="slinks"><a href="/ask">questions?</a></div></div> <br />
