So, a couple years back, our school gave these cards out to students in my year. It has phonenumbers for anonymos free help in Denmark.

Suicide hotline.

Kidphone (for abuse, suicidal help etc.)

Cancer line (for help dealing with the stress and other stuff)

Sexline (if you're scared you may have an STD or just need advice about something, like birthcontrol or how to use a condom)

Hotline (for abuse by your significant other)

I have used some of the numbers on the card, and I wish they gave out these types og cards to more students. This has saved my life a few times.
