which great hotels do you know in madrid?

for the person with the question about Madrid Hotels - Hotel Príncipe Pío is a reasonably priced yet very nice hotel in Madrid! I stayed there a few weeks ago on a trip. It's just across the street from the Plaza de España (which is beautiful btw), blocks away from the Príncipe Pío Train Terminal, and just a 20 minute walk from Puerta del Sol! A great hotel choice for someone who is looking to see some major sites in Madrid. Hope this helps :)

For Spain: if you find yourself in Madrid PLEASE go to el prado. It's an amazing museum. Also... Just wonder the city. You see the modern mix with the medieval. It's really cool.
Hi I'll be going to Barcelona and Madrid in early summer. Do you know any places that aren't super touristy but are interesting?
In Barcelona you MUST visit Montjuic. It is super touristy, but trust me, you’re gonna love it, it’s magical.

Trying to figure out whether to visit Madrid Spain or Barcelona Spain, help please?! And visiting both isn't possible. I have like two days.
I've visited Barcelona and it's totally worth visiting. It's really beautiful, you have a lot to see there and trust me you'll enjoy it if you visit it :)

I have tips for madrid: malasana- the students quarter with great bars, second hand shops, individual cute cheap shops. casa de campo, pick a public bike, visit the bars at metro station anton martin. you can ask me more if you want to, living there
