Lil Hal Jr. has already been a very entertaining addition to our group chat, thank you so much! Just wondering a thing, I read that he's supposed to 'reply randomly' and thought he'd just throw in his two uninterested cents every now and then unprompted, but I've yet to see that happen, so probably a mistake on my part. Anyway, are there any chances for that to get added? Maybe as a toggle function?
Unfortunately, as of now all his responses must by prompted using his commands. The random replies are the ones randomly generated by his !Response and !Meme commands from a string of images and words I’ve coded into him.
Currently I’m working on making a truly randomly generated response system for him and also responses toggled by specific keywords (eg: mentioning his name without needing to use commands, or mentioning the word “odyssey”).
I’m hoping to get that done soon to make him even more enjoyable, with an option to turn his random responses on or off.
