Hey Dog advice needed

I have a dog shes a bit old maybe 10 or so

And for a while almost two years shes been having what I believe to be flea allergy dermatitis and we have tried loads of flea medicine and spray and powders around house and in her and we cant afford a vet so wondering if yall have any advice
