Okay, so I have this friend, who I met online, that lives on another continent from me who is very sad and is suffering from depression. Now, I want to do something to help this person, but all I can do at the moment is send supportive, nice messages, can anyone give me any ideas as to what else I can do to help, because I feel like I'm not doing much to help.
