Something I wanted to share. Now I’m not sure if any sort of skeksis redemption is possible in upcoming seasons, but if there was I’d vote for The Scientist getting that arc. Out of all of the skeksis he’s the most abused, from getting his EYE eaten out to not being allowed to fight- I’m waiting for him to snap

all your thoughts on the skeksis are welcome here!

I, personally, am a sucker for a good, well written redemption arc of any kind and I would love to be able to see it play out with a skeksis absolutely

and I would say skektek gave up his chance of redemption with what he did to those poor gruenaks... however we do have skekgra, who as the conqueror was arguably even worse in his time - - having since changed his ways, so there's potential for any of them tbh

they're all terrible, they've all mostly experienced wickedness and punishment at each others hand more than once, yes skektek is in particular mocked and bullied but a redemption arc we could watch play out would be fantastic for any of the skeksis imo

and since the events of film aren't necessarily going to be the end result for AOR, who knows what new situations we might arise before they are through!
