To grow these I've found that good bright light and keeping them wet in a saucer seems to work well. It's a hot dry region here so this helps a lot.

my mom thinks is rly attractive when people have a little pooch under their eye like she said she wishes she had it, so you should feel lucky js (i think its cute too tho, and a million better than the permanent dark circles i have)
a korean at my school said in korea people get surgery specifically to hAVE baby eyefat pooches but mine r like obese infants sitting on my face tbh
